Nancy Rodriguez

Nancy Rodriguez has spent 30 years as a media and communications professional. She is the Communications Director for the American Constitution Society, a national nonprofit, nonpartisan legal organization based in Washington, D.C. 

Prior to joining ACS, Nancy served as press secretary for the Council of Chief State School Officers. She also worked as the Assistant Director of Communications and the Media Liaison for the Kentucky Department of Education and spent almost 20 years writing about education, government and breaking news at various newspapers in New England and Kentucky.

 She received her bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and her master’s in communications from Bellarmine University. A native Rhode Islander, Nancy now lives in Virginia with her husband and teenage son.
